"We originally spoke to Matthew when he replaced our neighbours tank late 2019. At the time our tank would have lasted a little longer. I called on him again this year and we agreed that a larger tank than he had originally proposed could be installed if we adjusted the fencing. He also inspected the Tigerloop and reported that it also needed replacing. The installation was 16 years old. His revised quotation was acceptable and a date agreed for the iwork to be carried out. Matthew & his colleague were very professional in the way they carried out the work and every care was taken to ensure there was no spillage either from the old tank or the pipelines. We were extremely pleased with the work and would highly recommend his company."

"Following a site visit by Matt to discuss the replacement of my ageing oil tank, I was in no doubt that he would be the right man for the job. Not only was he very knowledgeable and precise in his assessment,  but he has a great personality, and I knew took pride in his work.  It was especially reassuring that Matt would be doing the work, opposed to other companies I contacted who sent a salesman rather than a hands-on worker. 

On 14th April Matt and John came to my house and proceeded to get on with the work straight away. All throughout the day they both kept me informed of progress and were always courteous. Nothing was rushed considering that it was  the day before the Easter

bank holiday and there would be a possibility they would get caught in the usual bank holiday traffic tailbacks. 

I can not fault the quality of the work the guys completed, going over and above in some instances, for example, tacking down the old copper pipe that had come away from the wall, and tidying away everything before they left. Matt also took the time to explain in layman’s terms how the watchman worked, which again was a great help. 

I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Oil Safety Services,  Catherine, John and Matt.  The quality, professionalism and service was excellent from start to finish.   In my opinion, it is always good to support a small business, as you receive  a more personal service rather than just being another job number. 

If I ever needed another tank,  Oil Safety Services would  be my choice every time.

"I cannot recommend enough.  Right from the start of the quote to the finished job my wishes were taken into account.  Matt was the first person to listen to me and worked out the best way to replace my oil tank.  Other companies just quoted what seemed easier for them.  One quoting for a large ugly oil tank right outside my kitchen window!  The other good news about this company is that Matt quotes and carries out the work himself and he knows what he is doing.  Everything was left clean and tidy.  Matt went over and above and covered a culvert for me.  The existing concrete cover was broken and dangerous.  I was given dates when the work would be carried out.  The first date had to be rearranged but Matt rang me in good time and the following day was arranged. Absolutely no problems and they turned up on time and got on with the job.  All this and a very competitive quote too.  Can’t recommend enough."

New to the area and needing a new oil tank before the onslaught of winter I lined up 3 companies to provide me with the obligatory 3 quotes. Matt was the first on the scene and following his visit I cancelled the remaining appointments. There's a lot to be said for first impressions and Matt lived up to these from start to finish. He is very polite, thoroughly professional and, although I had minimum contact with the rest of the team, they followed this example. The job was started/completed on time and done to a very high standard; in fact apart from the brand new tank it questionable whether any work had been done as the site was left in an immaculate state.
If you are considering a new tank or are on the fence deliberating over which way to jump? Then I would highly recommend Matt and his team to provide you with a truly professional job from star to finish.
